Presentation held for the MAS (Master of Advanced Studies) class ALIS at the University of Berne. This presentation covers the issue of how content matters in web design, and to what extend users consume content. The presentation has two parts: the "consume it"-part and the "produce it"-part.
So it is directed to users as well as authors of online content.
